Privacy
What data InduHire processes, why, who it is shared with and what you can do about it. In short: your candidate data only reaches a company when you apply, when you accept an invitation, or when your profile is visible because you chose so.
1. Controller
[PENDIENTE: razón social del titular], [PENDIENTE: NIF], [PENDIENTE: domicilio social]. Privacy contact: [PENDIENTE: correo de privacidad].
InduHire is part of the InduChain ecosystem. Your account, professional profile and community belong to the ecosystem (shared by InduHire and InduFreelance); what you do in InduHire (applications, jobs, processes) belongs to InduHire.
2. What data we process
- From your ecosystem account: name and email.
- From your professional profile, what you choose to share with InduHire in each candidate profile: trade, area, mobility, languages, skills, experience and education.
- Your job-search preferences: work mode, contract, schedule, availability and minimum salary (only you see your minimum salary; it is never shown to a company).
- What you do here: applications and their messages, invitations, saved or passed jobs, interviews, jobs, alerts, companies you follow or block.
- From companies and their team: company data, who represents it and with which role, jobs, internal notes on each process.
- Views of a job's public page: only how many, never who (no account, no IP, no cookies).
3. Why, and on what basis
- To provide the service (performance of a contract): publishing jobs, applying, managing processes, showing you jobs that fit you.
- Sharing your profile with a company: with your explicit consent on each application, or with the visibility you choose to be discovered. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Calculating the fit between a job and a profile: to order jobs for you and to explain to the company what you meet and what you don't (see “How the fit works”). It never decides for anyone.
- Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
4. Who sees your data
- The company you apply to, or the recruitment agency handling that job on the company's behalf (we tell you on your application).
- Companies that discover you, only if your profile is visible to them and with what you chose to share. You can block companies: they will never see you.
- Other members of a community you join: your name, your headline and what you post.
- Service providers (hosting, email), under a data processing agreement. We don't sell data.
5. Automated decisions
InduHire makes no automated decisions that affect you (Article 22 GDPR): nobody is rejected or selected by a machine. The fit is an aid that explains, criterion by criterion, how a profile matches a job; a person at the company always decides. You can ask for a person to review your case and for an explanation of the result.
6. How long
As long as you keep your account and profiles. If you withdraw a profile it stops being shown everywhere; closed applications are kept anonymised for as long as the law requires to handle claims.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to [PENDIENTE: correo de privacidad]. If we don't handle it well, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
You must be at least 16 to use InduHire.
