Terms of use

The rules for using InduHire, the industrial job portal of the InduChain ecosystem, as a candidate and as a company.

1. What InduHire is

InduHire is provided by [PENDIENTE: razón social del titular]. It connects people looking for industrial jobs with companies and recruitment agencies. During the private beta, companies can only be activated with an invitation code.

2. Plans and price

Companies have a plan (Free, Professional, Business or Enterprise) that sets how many of their team recruit, how many jobs they can publish at once and which features are included. During the beta, pilot companies get it for free. Before charging anything we will give advance notice and nobody will start paying without accepting it. InduHire is free for candidates.

3. What a company commits to

  • Publish only real jobs, for positions that exist and that it intends to fill.
  • State the salary range of each job (Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency) and never ask anyone about their current or past salary.
  • Not discriminate on grounds of sex, origin, age, disability or any other prohibited ground, in jobs or processes.
  • Use candidates' data only for that hiring process, and have a person handle each application: the fit helps, it does not decide.
  • Keep notes and its team's data confidential.

4. What a candidate commits to

  • That what they state in their profile is true.
  • Apply only to what interests them and withdraw if it stops interesting them.

5. Community

In communities you speak as a person, respectfully. Unsolicited advertising, third parties' data and illegal or offensive content are not allowed. Moderators can withdraw messages and remove members; anyone can report a message to the team.

6. Liability and leaving

InduHire is not part of the employment relationship: it does not guarantee that an application succeeds nor answers for what each company publishes, although it will remove what breaches these terms. You can leave whenever you want. Spanish law applies.
